The history of All Seasons Orchard stretches back more than three decades to a time when Jim and Sue Hong planted their first apple trees. Through adversity and determination, they nurtured the land, learning from challenges and seeking knowledge at the Kellogg Apple School at Michigan State University.
With newfound insights, they embarked on an inspiring journey, planting 3,000 trees in 1993 and an additional 4,000 in ‘94 that would one day bear the fruit of their labor. Today, their legacy lives on through the more than 15,000 apple trees adorning the landscape.
At All Seasons Orchard, we stand on the shoulders of those who came before us. We pay tribute to the dedicated efforts of the Hong family, who transformed a mere dream into the thriving haven of nature and family fun that we proudly steward today.
Now in the process of retiring and passing the baton to new owners, their hard work and unwavering commitment laid the foundation for the orchard's growth, and we extend our heartfelt gratitude for their legacy.
